In September 2025, the Trust held its annual conference, bringing together staff from across all schools within the Trust to celebrate and explore our shared purpose, culture, and approach.
The event provided an invaluable opportunity for collaboration, reflection, and professional growth.
Staff took part in a series of workshops exploring this year’s theme, focusing on how our shared values and consistent practice can continue to drive improvement and success across the Trust.
A highlight of the day was a keynote address from Tom Bennett OBE, a leading voice in education and behaviour, who shared powerful insights on creating calm, purposeful learning environments and building positive school cultures.
The conference concluded with a special Awards Ceremony, recognising staff for their exceptional dedication, hardwork and support throughout the year.
Awards were presented in several categories, including the Above & Beyond Recognition Award, Wow Recognition Award, Teacher of the Year, New Teacher of the Year, Educational Support Staff of the Year, Operational Support Staff of the Year, Lifetime Achievement Award, and Community & Social Justice Award.
“The conference is always a special moment in our calendar - a chance to come together, reflect on our impact, and celebrate the staff who make our Trust so exceptional.” said Katie Dixon, Director of Education.
The day reflected the Trust’s continuing commitment to fostering collaboration, excellence, and opportunity across all of its schools - ensuring every child has access to the highest quality education.
The work with Tom Bennett OBE will continue throughout the year as he will be working with each school
