Handforth Grange Primary School is delighted to announce the completion and official opening of its brand-new Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA).
The facility has been supplied and installed by ESP PLAY on behalf of the Frank Field Education Trust who funded the project. This state-of-the-art MUGA is designed to support high-quality physical education, promote health and wellbeing, and provide opportunities for daily physical activity for all students. The new space will host a wide range of sports, games, and activities, helping to foster teamwork, confidence, and an active lifestyle among pupils.
Andrea Booth, Headteacher at Handforth Grange Primary School commented: “We are thrilled to have this fantastic facility for our pupils. It will provide countless hours of fun, physical activity, and opportunities to develop essential life skills. A huge thank you to the Trust and everyone who made this project possible.”
The school looks forward to seeing pupils enjoy the new MUGA for PE lessons, sports clubs, and recreational play, ensuring every child can stay active and engaged throughout the school day.
